In the first half of 2025, Aigre successfully won bids and served more than 20 key projects, including Shanghai Railway Bureau, China Railway First Bureau, Chengdu Railway Bureau, and Xi'an Railway Bureau, with its two core equipments: the Weld Normalizing Integrated Machine and the Mobile Narrow-body Rail Flash Butt Welder. These projects cover multiple national key railways and intercity rail constructions such as the Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway, Panxing Railway, Xiyan Railway, Guangnan High-speed Railway, and Yuwan High-speed Railway, promoting the intelligent upgrading of railway maintenance equipment through technological innovation.
In projects such as Xi'an Baoji, Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity, Chongqing Maintenance Section, and Guangnan High-speed Railway Maintenance Section, Aigre's Weld Normalizing Integrated Machine realizes the automatic seamless connection of flash welding and medium-frequency induction hardening treatment with its breakthrough design of "one-time clamping and full-process pressure maintaining". This has increased operational efficiency by over 40%. Meanwhile, the full-process rail pressure maintaining function ensures uniform distribution of internal stress in the welding joint, achieving a 100% acceptance qualification rate. When Baoji Maintenance Section first used Weld Normalizing Integrated Machine at Yanjiahe Station, it completed welding 5-6 joints within a 3-hour skylight period, and the welding quality fully met the standards. The structural strength and durability are both superior to the traditional thermite welding process.
Aiming at the flash welding needs of turnout joints in projects such as Yuwan High-speed Railway, China Railway First Bureau's Panxing Railway, and China Railway Eleventh Bureau's Xiyan Railway, Aigre's Mobile Narrow-body Rail Flash Butt Welder adopts the technology of "narrow clamping + 180° machine head rotation", realizing full-model welding coverage for single-open movable frog turnouts of No. 12, 18, 30, 42, etc. The equipment uses DC flash welding technology, combined with a long-side and short-side combined clamping structure, which accurately matches turnout switch rails, heart rails, AT variable cross-section rails, etc. The upward-moving flash removal oil cylinder design controls the welding process with constant rail consumption while maintaining pressure for flash removal, strictly ensuring the appearance and geometric dimensions of the turnout after welding. The person in charge of Yuwan High-speed Railway highly appraised: "In the past, thermite welding was used for turnout welding, and the hardness of the joint after welding only reached 50% of the base metal strength. However, this time, using Aigre's Mobile Narrow-body Rail Flash Butt Welder , the strength of the rail joint can reach more than 90% of the base metal strength, saving about 60 minutes of skylight time, which greatly improves the stability of joint quality. At the same time, mechanized intelligent welding reduces environmental pollution to a certain extent."
